1. Read the Bible - If you read and believe God's Word in the Bible, you will find truths like in Genesis 1:31 "God saw all that he made, and it was very good." Therefore, God is already pleased with how he created you...completely natural! However, we are meant to be good stewards of what God has given to us, in this case our physical bodies. Therefore, tips 2-5 are meant to help take care of your bodies so you can be a "good and faithful servant".
2. Water - Our bodies are made up of over 66% water, therefore, it is essential that we have plenty of water to make out bodies work correctly. This is also a natural beauty enhancer in that it keeps your skin hydrated and young looking. Your hair will be shinier and you will have more energy naturally.
3. Hair - There are many natural beauty tips to clean, condition and lighten your hair. When I was younger, before the grays started to come in, I had auburn hair with golden blond highlights. During the summer, I would rinse my hair in lemon juice (natural from a whole lemon) and water mixed. Use this natural beauty tip if you want to lighten your hair during the summer. Do not rinse it out with water, and when you go into the sun after this is applied to your hair those natural highlights will get even lighter.
To clarify your hair, use apple cider vinegar. This gets rid of dirt and shampoo residue in hair, and also helps control dandruff. Mix one part apple cider vinegar with two parts water. After shampooing, rinse hair with the vinegar mixture and don't rinse with water. The vinegar smell will go away quickly.
To repair hair naturally, massage mayonnaise from a new jar into clean damp hair. Be sure to pay special attention to the ends, massaging in the mayonnaise all the way to the ends. Cover hair with a shower cap or plastic wrap and leave in for 15 minutes to one hour, then rinse off.
To moisturize scalp, massage yogurt into hair and cover with shower cap or plastic wrap. Leave yogurt in for 30 minutes to one hour, then rinse off.
To thicken hair and get it to grow more quickly, put two drops of Rosemary Essential oil on your hairbrush before brushing.
4. Skincare - the main problem many people complain about is dry skin. There are many natural beauty tips that will increase the amount of moisture that remains in your skin. Don't take too long of a bath as it will rob your skin of moisture, also don't have the water too hot as this will do the same thing.
Deep moisturize your skin by taking a shower at night and only slightly dry skin. Rub Vaseline on your body, cover with pajamas and socks. This will lock in the moisture on your skin.
Naturally remove and reduce pimples by dabbing white toothpaste (not gel) or milk of magnesia directly on pimple before bed. Give this time to dry and keep on overnight. If the pimple is just starting and is an itch or pain under the skin will completely go away. A new pimple will shrink and may even be gone, too.
5. Foot care - the natural beauty tips above for skincare hold true for feet, too. Some natural beauty tips for foot care include putting vinegar (white or cider) into hot water and soaking feet for 30 minutes. This will also speed up the removal of corns. Once you are done soaking, rub the corns with a pumice stone while in the water or if you don't have a pumice stone use an emery board. After completing corn and callus removal, follow instructions of applying Vaseline to your feet and covering with socks to allow moisture to be retained.
