1. Starting early is step one. Start reviewing notes, practice problems, and old exams 2 weeks before the final. This will refresh the memory! Cramming two days before an exam is plain stupid. Cramming leaves a student with fatigue and exhaustion! Spreading out study time works way better.
2. Paying attention in class is also a great way to avoid having to buy Aderol during finals week. Final Exams are ten times easier when a student makes a strong effort in the class room. Always attend lectures. Students should always visit their professor's office e hours. This will provide them with extra help and brownie points!
3. Getting enough sleep is step three. College students wouldn't need t illegally take Aderol if they got eight hours of sleep a night. College students don't get nearly enough sleep. Aderol prevents students from getting enough sleep. Aderol crashes aren't pretty either. The body will always need its rest.
4. Studying in a group is step four! Groups are a great way to prepare for exams. Students can share knowledge and compare notes. It's great! Asking a lot of questions also helps. Aderol may help in these situations, but it is not needed! Students should try to make themselves focus!
5. Looking at other people on Aderol is step five in preventing the over usage of the magic pill during an exam week! It is not pretty. The vomiting, loss of appetite and pulsing heart rate are exactly great side affects! Aderol is not a fix-all. It may make an individual lose weight and focus more, but at what cost? Who wants to throw u their lunch? Since when is cotton mouth desirable. Students who take too much Aderol during finals week will find themselves sprinting to the bathroom every five minutes because of the large amounts of water they will consume.
I hope these tips are helpful! It can be hard to focus, but a magical little pill is not the answer. College students should stop wasting their money! Is 3 dollars a pill really worth it? Students just need to follow the steps above!
