Very high in antioxidants, blackberries are also very nutritious, containing high amounts of dietary fiber, vitamin C, manganese, and vitamin K. Enjoy these scrumptious ways to eat blackberries the next time you're looking for a new way to consume this yummy fruit.

Blackberry Preserves. One of the easiest ways to eat blackberries is in the form of blackberry preserves. Whether you choose to buy them from the store or easily make them at home, blackberry preserves are an excellent spread for multigrain toast, blueberry bagels, fresh homemade scones, crackers, pancakes, waffles, or even cookies.
