Peaches are a delicious fruit that are great when combined with other healthy ingredients for breakfast or a snack. Peaches pack in plenty of nutrients, including vitamin A, vitamin C, dietary fiber, and potassium. Enjoy these 5 ways to eat peaches, and be sure to get creative!

Peach Pancakes or Waffles. Pancakes or waffles are one of the easiest breakfast choices (or late night snack) to be creative with. Simply add peaches within the batter or create a peach compote to create this delicious meal. You can even add other fruit ingredients, if you choose, such as blueberries, raspberries, or any other fruit of your choosing.

Peach Muffins. Peach muffins are a delicious way to eat peaches that you can make and enjoy for several days. Peach muffins can be made with just the basic peach flavor in mind or by adding additional flavors and textures to the muffins. Consider trying peaches and cream muffins, brown sugar crumb topped peach muffins, peach and blueberry muffins, or any other flavor combination you desire for a sweet morning treat or tasty snack or dessert.

Peach Cobbler. Peach cobbler is easily one of the most popular varieties of cobblers. It makes an excellent dessert, especially when warmed and paired with French vanilla (or another flavor of your choosing) ice cream. Cobblers are one of the tastiest ways to eat peaches. Made in a large baking dish, the fruit filling is covered with rolled pastry dough, and then baked in the oven, this dish is packed with delicious, warm peach flavor.

Peach Parfait. A peach parfait is easy to make for a quick breakfast or snack. It's even easy to eat on the go. You can make a peach parfait by layering yogurt (plain, vanilla, or even peach or another fruit flavor if you so desire), fresh peach slices plus any other fruit, if you'd like, and granola crumbles. This breakfast or snack is healthy, tasty, and quite easy to prepare.

Peach Smoothie. Smoothies are another great meal or snack on the go, and they're also incredibly customizable, as well. You can combine peaches with other fresh fruits, ice, sherbet, yogurt, fruit juice, or any other base of your choice, blend it up, and enjoy this cool treat that's sweet yet packs in plenty of vitamins.
