Like many other berries, raspberries range in flavor from mildly sweet to quite tart and tangy, yet nonetheless, they accompany many other ingredients well, and thus can be used in a variety of ways. There are actually many ways to eat raspberries, most of which are easy to create and scrumptious to enjoy. Try out these 5 delectable ways to eat raspberries that will help you get more vitamin C and other essential nutrients from this healthy berry.

1. Raspberry Cookies. There are a number of ways to eat raspberries in cookies. You can make your favorite variety of cookies, whether it be oatmeal cookies, chocolate chip cookies, or sugar cookies. You can mix raspberries into any of the varieties or bake them with a smear of raspberry jam in the center. This is a delicious way to enjoy the sweetness of raspberries in a dessert you already know how to create.

2. Very Raspberry Salad. Fruit salad is a common accompaniment to breakfast, or even lunch, yet it's often a basic mix of melons, grapes, and pineapple. Another spin you can put on fruit salad is by making one loaded with berries, especially tart yet sweet raspberries. Other great berry choices to mix into the fruit salad are strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

3. Cereal with Raspberries. Raspberries taste great atop either cold or hot cereal. You can load in as many as you like to add a mixture of textures to your breakfast (or late night snack). 5. Raspberry Yogurt. This is one of the most nutritious ways to eat raspberries. You can either mix raspberry into plain or vanilla yogurt, eat them atop yogurt, or mix in a raspberry sauce. You can also eat raspberries with scrumptious frozen yogurt, as well, for a healthier dessert dish.
