5 Ways to Make a Living Online

Shannon Dee
If you want to make money online then here is exactly what you need to know. In this article I will discuss the top 5 ways that the average person is using to make a living online. By the time you are done reading this article you should be able to start earning some money online too.

1. Writing Articles
If you never thought of yourself as a writer, think again. There is a lot of information out there on writing articles and content for the internet. Anyone who has good grammar skills can do this. Don't get me wrong, you don#t need a college degree to write good articles for the internet. As long as you know where to put your commas and periods, you should do just fine. To find writing jobs online, just do a search on Google or Yahoo. A good place to start writing for pay is Associated Content.

2. Customer Service Jobs
If you enjoy talking on the phone, then working online as a customer service representative would be perfect for you. There are many companies that hire home contractors to answer incoming calls for them, some such companies include West Corporation, Alpine Access, Working Solutions and Live Ops. Most companies allow you to set your own schedule and choose your own hours.

3. Blog/Blogging
Blogging is the best thing to hit the internet. A blog is a type of diary or weblog, and blogging is the act of publishing diary like entries on a blog. Starting a blog is very easy at places like Blogger and Wordpress. You just need to choose what you want to write about and start blogging. To make money from your blog be sure to add things like affiliate links and AdSense. The more traffic you can get to your blog, the more money you can make so be sure to really promote it.

4. Start an Ezine
An ezine is an online magazine or newsletter that is sent thru email to people who have subscribed, or Opted-In to receive it. The more subscribers you can get the more money you can make. You make money by advertisements, affiliate links and the like. One nice thing is that you do not need to have a website to start an ezine. To learn more about the subject of creating an ezine, do a search for ezines or creating an ezine. One nice thing about these is that you can send them out as frequently as you#like, daily, weekly, or monthly.

5. Transcription Jobs
No matter if you are an experienced transcriptionist or just looking to get in to the field of transcription, there are jobs out there for you. Most companies are looking for experience but there are a few who are not, one such company is Tiger Fish. If you are not experienced, you should be a fairly fast typist though, in order to make it worth your time. You can start out and learn as you go, but if you are not a very fast typist I would not count on the income as a full-time living. If you do have any kind of experience, legal, general or medical, the opportunities are endless. A good place to start looking is at wahm.com, as they have a ton of information on companies that hire home transcriptionists, experienced and non-experienced.
