5 Ways to Lose Weight by Eating

No One Wants to Go on a Diet, Get Lean While Eating

Food is one of the great pleasures in life. It can bring families together, reunite old friends, be topics of conversation, and be created into masterpieces to be served. The problem with our society today is the way we eat, not how much we actually do. Here are some helpful hints to cut down your weight while eating more!

1. Cut out the soda. Soda contains way to much sugar and sugar contributes to an excess of weight, especially in the midsection. Not to mention, it doesn't help your bones or your teeth one bit. If you can't go without soda, try cutting one out of your everyday routine and replacing it with water. You'll save some calories and a shade of white for your teeth.

2. Don't eat three meals a day. Eat five actually. Instead of cramming all your caloric intake for the day in three large meals, cut that down and eat five small meals throughout the day. Try a routine of eating breakfast, brunch, lunch, a mid day snack and dinner. You'll have a lot more energy and cut down on the amount you eat.

3. Don't count calories. Losing weight is much easier when you don't have to worry about what you're eating and you'll surprisingly feel less hungry. Don't load up on fat but don't be scared of it either. Also, try to have some fiber at least three times a day and protein with every meal.

4. Don't skip breakfast. It truly is the most important meal of the day. Have some cereal and a banana and both milk and orange juice to start your day. You'll have energy to go to the gym later and you won't eat as much during your next few meals.

5. Almonds are great. If you're not a fan of nuts, start to be. These little guys are an excellent source of fiber and protein and can help fight off cravings for that chocolate cake in your company fridge at 3:00 in the afternoon.

All of these strategies are ways to cut down your weight by eating more. You will see results if you follow this guideline. If not truly ask yourself if you have been following it.
