Your Spouse Has Sex With You When You Are On Drugs
Several women wake up to their spouse having sex with them when they are under the influence of drugs. Prescription drugs or even liquor can cause you to not be able to make choices or fight the person off of you since you are under the influence of drugs. Marital rape often ends up unreported to the police, but it is something that needs to be reported to the police since it is rape. Some women only confide in a girlfriend to talk to her or a therapist, but please realize that the spouse took advantage of a situation. Don't try to minimize the situation in order to make up excuses for what happened regarding the situation.
Your Spouse Commits Sodomy
Your husband deserves to go to jail since sodomy is the most painful. Your husband has no right to commit sodomy just because you are his wife. Please remember that a wife has a right to say no regarding to what happens to her own body. You don't have to rationalize it in your head that he has a right to do sodomy just because you are married. You don't have to make up excuses saying that he is a good man despite the twisted things that he does to you sexually.
Your Spouse Doesn't Stop When You Say No
Some twisted in the mind spouses tell you that it is your duty as a wife to have sex with them despite you saying no. Your spouse that doesn't stop when you say no then it is called rape. Your spouse does not own you. You have the right to say no since you own your body. You shouldn't have to say no more than once. Any man that keeps going after you say no once than it is rape no matter what the situation is.
He Uses Religion Against You
Some husbands attempt to use religion lines against you in order to force sex upon you. Husbands can still be charged with rape when they use religion to force themselves upon you. Some husband say that they have a right to your body no matter what you say using the name of religion in order to justify what they do. Please do not fall for this religious thinking that some husbands use in order to sexual abuse you and gain more control over your life. Religion is something that sometimes husbands turn around on the wife in order to make her feel like it isn't really rape that happened. Your husband has no right to use any religious line on you to strip you of all your rights as a human being.
He Threatens You With Force If You Fight Him
Many husbands tell their wife that it can happen the easy way or the difficult way if the wife refuses. It is a way of force someone to submit to something that they don't want to do in the first place. It is no different than when a man beats his wife until she does something that he wants no matter what it is.
Marital rape happens more frequently than what many people realize. Your therapist or the police will believe you if you decide to speak to them about marital rape that occurs in the marriage. Marital rape is something that many women feel uncomfortable talking about unless it is a confidential situation. Marital rape is something that you should talk about to someone in order to get help to get out of the marriage.
You should report marital rape to the police since they can put the bad buy in jail for the marital rape that he did towards you in the marriage. You are the not only person that has been in the same situation so please do not feel alone in this battle. You have resources such as women's shelters that can help you divorce your husband and press charges.
