Tip 1 - Get your butt off the chair during the weekends.
During weekends, you may have a lot of different activities to choose. If you want to get a good figure, you'd better make a good choice among these options. For example, if you can go hiking or camping with your family or friends, don't choose to sit down in the cinema with a big bag of popcorn in hand; if you can organize a dancing party at home, don't choose to make a buffet party.
Tip 2 - Use the stuff you have at home to do your exercises.
The free fitness magazines borrowed from library and free online videos can be your good source of workout. You can follow their instructions to learn how to use a chair or towel at home to do your stretching exercises; you can follow the online free videos to do yoga on your carpet at home; if you need some heavy objects to help you do weight-lifting exercises, you just have to fill two used plastic bottles with water.
Tip 3 - If you are a female, wear your high heels more often.
Wearing high-heel shoes can help tone up the muscles on your legs. If you wear them often for going to work or going shopping, you can get a lot of exercises on our legs unconsciously while you enjoy other activities.
Tip 4 - Go jogging outdoor.
No matter how fresh the outdoor air is and no matter how beautiful the natural view is, you never have to pay for them! Therefore, why not preparing yourself for a jogging outdoor? In fact, morning jogging is a great way to wake up your entire metabolism system and make it work efficiently to burn the excess fat from your body during a whole long day.
Tip 5 - Eat more healthily!
If you want to stay fit, never try to skip any meal. Your metabolism system needs nutritive food constantly to generate working energy. However, you can choose to eat more healthily! Don't always only focus on proteins and meat. Try to bring more vegetables and fruits onto your plates. Vegetables and fruits are low-in calorie, but high in beneficial vitamins and fibers which are crucial to the health of your digestive system. A healthy digestive system plays a key role in getting your body healthy and fit.
