Are you planning to lose weight? How do you do it? Would you like to follow the fad diet? I would say you don't need to waste your money for this non effective way of losing weight. You need to consider the following principle:
1. You could only lose weight by reducing your calorie consumption everyday. This doesn't mean that you will skip meals. What some products are telling you is to lose weight by eating less which will cause you not to have all the energy you need for the day.
2. By reducing the number of calories you are consuming everyday, it will result in the activation of your metabolic pathways. These new pathways will support you in your weight loss. This is why it is highly recommended that you should reduce calorie intake.
3. Principles on dieting were developed because of the discovery of these new pathways. This will help you a lot in your weight loss plan. Just take note of the most important things you need to consider.
Weight loss is not magic and this is not a process that will happen over night. You need to follow strictly the principles or else you it will not help you in your quest of having that figure you long wanted. Remember that you need to ask for professional help if you need to do the following six principles.
The first principle is the PREPARATION PRINCIPLE. This is the step that will help you plan your weight loss by activating support pathways. Be very sure to follow what the doctors, dietitians are telling you.
Second, is the PRINCIPLE OF PERSPECTIVE. You also need to set your mind that you need to do whatever it takes to reach your goals. If your mind is not set, a great possibly would be that you will not be able to continue. All of your efforts would be of waste.
Third, is the PRINCIPLE OF CONSERVATION. Energy conservation while dieting will be of good help in losing weight. Once the pathways are activated it will cause you to burn fats and constantly lose weight.
Fourth is the PRINCIPLE OF METABOLISM. Do some extra activities to let your body help you make your metabolism faster.
Fifth is the PRINCIPLE OF SUPPLEMENT. You need to supplement your diet with food exchange and a replacement program. This is very important for your weight loss program.
The last is the PRINCIPLE OF MAINTENANCE. What ever positive result you gained from your weight loss program maintain it! Do not ever stop even if you have reached your goals already. It is better to maintain than to regret later.
