6 Steps to Get Killer Sexy Abs

Alex Smith
So, you want to be like those models on TV with the amazing six packs eh? Well follow this guide and soon, you will be just like them.

1. The first step is to diet properly. Right, now you have more abdominal muscles than you think. The only trick is to get your belly tightened up so we can see those muscles. And the way we do this is to diet. First, try to reduce your intake of normal fatty foods like the potato chips, and replace it with healthier foods like fruit and protein bars. Eating less than the amount of energy you use during the day forces your body to use stored fat on your body. (Which luckily includes your belly) thus weight is lost from the belly - all from just being on a diet.

2. Now that we have our thin stomach, we need to exercise so we can strengthen those abdominal muscles we now have exposing. Try doing a daily exercise with your normal push-ups, squats, and sit-ups exercises. Try and get a normal routine of this, either when you get up, or soon before you go to bed. If you gradually start to increase the amount of exercises, instead of working yourself to death the first day you start, you are way more likely to keep exercising.

3. Once you've been exercising for awhile, and have built up a little muscle, begin a cardio workout. Instead of jogging, play basketball, or work on a stair climber to really get your heart pumping. We're not looking for a steady workout; we are looking for something that makes you sweet hard, which will greatly increase your strength. Don't be lazy with these cardio workouts - that's not the point.

4. This next step refers back to our diet step. This step is to lower your appetite. It's one of the best ways to lose weight. Use Hoodia and products like this to slow your desire for food and help you lower your appetite. But keep from going overboard on this step. We don't want to put your body under too much stress, as it naturally will if you cut off its food supply. Stay away from supplements like ephedrine as these can cause unsafe changes in your body, and undesirable side effects.

5. This fifth step also refers back to our diet section. This time, Instead of limiting foods though, we just want you to eat right. As you can imagine - eating chips and candy isn't what we mean when we say 'right'. We mean vegetables, oatmeal, and a lot of fruits. These are what are called negative calorie foods. It takes your body more energy to process and store these type of foods than the calorie count is worth, but still gives your body the nutrition that it should be given. Also, the phrase 'eating right' doesn't just mean food. Be cautious to drink enough water to keep your body hydrated. This is as important as eating the right foods.

6. Once you have been doing these five steps for quite some time, and have your body as healthy as we want it to be, it is then time to work just on your abs. Start doing exercises just for your abs, like leg lifts and crunches to really strengthen those abdominal muscles that will define your six pack. Also try getting an exercise ball and doing these crunches and leg lifts on the exercise ball. This will really strengthen the muscles way more than doing leg lifts and crunches on the floor. By following these steps, and sticking with it, I promise that you will have a great six pack and a very healthy body in no time.
