1 - Always wash your hands well before you eat or touch the food.
Now matter you are going to eat in a restaurant, shopping mall or at home, you should always clean your hands well with soap and water before you touch the food. In fact, it's a simple rule we were taught when we were still in kindergarten. However, lots of us forget this simple and practical health-protection rule when we grow up.
2 - Always keep a pack of antibacterial moist wipes in your bag.
When you bring your family to do outdoor activities, it might be difficult to find water and soap to clean your hands. On these moments, a bag of antibacterial moist wipes can be a big helper to protect your health.
However, the combination of water and soap is still the best way for cleaning your hands, since the ingredients of moist wipes may irritate your skin, if you use them too often or leave them stay too long on your skin.
3 - Have enough sleep.
In a certain degree, your immune system can always help your body fright against virus, bacteria and diseases. In order to maintain a strong immune system, you should have enough sleep. A child should sleep at least 9 hours each day, while an adult should have at least 8 hours of sleep per day. Sleep allows our body to relax and it can recover our immune system during our repose.
4 - Do some sports regularly.
Everybody knows that doing sports can make your body stronger and strengthen your immune system. When your immune system is strong enough, even virus, bacteria and diseases won't try to knock your door.
5 - Change your clothes and clean your hands as soon as you come back home from outside.
When you come back home, before you touch your child or prepare the food, you should clean your hands and put on some clean clothes. To a certain degree, this can make some bacteria or virus stay away from your family life.
6 - Take a shower every day.
Taking a shower each day is a best way to remove the bacteria and virus from your skin.
