Investor Business Daily conducted a poll over the last 2 weeks, by mail. The participants of the poll were Physicians, chosen at random.
65% of the physicians polled said they oppose the proposed Obamacare plan. 45% of the physicians polled said that they would consider leaving their practice or taking an early retirement, if the plan were to become law.
President Obama's plan is supposed to insure 40 million new people, who currently don't have insurance, and don't go to the doctor frequently, for lack of insurance. It is a known fact that we currently do not have sufficient number of doctors to cover 40 million new patients.
After seeing the results of the poll, American people are wondering how their healthcare will be affected by the exploding doctor shortage, if 45% of the doctors quit, and we get 40 million new patients.
After seeing the results of the poll, American people are wondering whether President Obama and his administration were lying when they claimed that his plan has strong support from the doctors.
No wonder, Rasmussen reports that 53% of Americans oppose the plan proposed by President.
