A Snack for Everyone All in One Platter

Elle
This is a very quick and easy recipe that provides something delicious for everyone's taste buds. It can be difficult trying to cater to the likes and dislikes of your party guests, with a platter like this, everyone will surely be able to find something they like. If you don't already have one, you need to pick up one of those large round platters with sectioned off dishes. You can usually pick one up at a local grocery store for under $10. This dish provides an excellent and way to transport a plethora of great appetizers that are super easy to make. An average dish like this has 7 sections, which you can fill with these six delicious combinations and crackers and serve with pride.

BBQ Grilled Chicken with Peaches
Marinate a large chicken breast with plenty of garlic and your favorite BBQ Sauce. Cook on the stove top and slice into squares. Slice a large peach and toss with the grilled chicken and pour it into your appetizer dish. This salad tastes great whether it's served warm or chilled.

Mozzarella and berries
Drain a container of fresh mozzarella. Slice each piece of cheese into more manageable pieces and toss with your favorite berries.

Prosciutto and boiled eggs
Slice a few boiled eggs and roll individual slices of prosciutto into pretty little funnels. Don't forget to follow the rules of how to make a perfect egg!
Use eggs that you purchased at least 5 days ago, as fresh eggs are difficult to peel once they are boiled. Put the eggs in a single layer on the bottom of a saucepan covered with 2 inches of cold water. If you put the eggs into boiling water, they will surely crack. As soon as the eggs begin to boil, remove them from the heat and put the stove on low. Leave the eggs this way for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cover for 10 minutes. Place eggs in ice water. Do not peel the eggs until they are cold.

Olives, sun-dried tomato and artichoke
This salad of green olives, sun dried tomato and artichoke mixed with a bit of olive oil and a dash of garlic powder is to die for!

Carrots and Gouda
It is just that simple. Pick up a nice smoke Gouda, chop it into tiny triangles and serve along side of baby carrots.

Hard Salami and Pine nuts
Roll individual slices of salami and sprinkle with pine nuts. The pine nuts are mostly for decoration, but they taste delicious as well!

Fill the center of the dish with crackers or croutons and admire your colorful creation. In addition to this platter, you can set out a dish of warm pita bread, as it makes a perfect accompaniment to all six appetizers.
