By keeping the consumer confused and confounded, inside the special selling-rooms, the sales team is assured extra profits. What few consumers do not know is the sales team is controlled by the owner of the franchise and his/her balance sheet. In other words, the sale must happen, no matter what profits are taken during the selling procedure. This procedure has four steps; car lot walkabout (exciting buyer), the selling room (half truth pitching), closer enter to tell the buyer what it takes to buy today, sales manager recycles their worksheet into a legal contract!
