Tip One: This tip has been around for years. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. The water helps to flush out your system while re-hydrating your skin.
Tip Two: Get plenty of sleep. If you don't feel rested when you wake in the morning, chances are you're not getting enough rest. Go to bed earlier and take note of the bed-time that leaves you with that rested feeling. Then, of course, go to bed at that time.
Tip Three: Mix white sugar with olive oil for an inexpensive rejuvenating body scrub. Not only does this remove dead skin cells, but it also leaves your skin with a healthy glow. Add in a drop or two of lavender essential oil for extra soothing care.
Tip Four: Drink a shot of wheatgrass for a natural boost. With its high content of chlorophyll, wheatgrass juice is a natural blood cleanser. Available at most juice bars, drink the minimum shot available at first as it may cause nausea due to the strength of its blood cleaning action.
Tip Five: Jojoba oil is a gentle, non-greasy, inexpensive soother that may be used for hydrating the skin while preventing wrinkles. It may be applied neat and will not irritate most skin types. Apply as needed before bedtime.
Tip Six: Meditation helps calm the system which may help your skin stay young-looking. Quiet your mind starting with five minutes before bedtime. Imagine a white light shining through from above that acts as a paint-brush to smooth out your skin and detoxify you.
Tip Seven: Evening Primrose Oil, commonly known as a supplement for PMS, may also be taken internally or used neat on the skin for a variety of skin problems, including eczema and skin allergies. More importantly, it may increase blood-flow to the skin, which may mean decreased aging.
Additionally, limit your exposure to the sun, eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables - and drink freshly squeezed juices, limit coffee and alcohol consumption, and be sure you have a balanced diet. Get plenty of exercise, including aerobic exercise. Yoga has also been shown to increase oxygen flow to the skin. Ideally, the goal for anti-aging is to increase oxygen flow to the skin and cleanse the body from the inside out.
While there are plenty of expensive treatments you can buy that promise younger-looking skin, these free beauty tips may make a more noticeable and less expensive difference.

Thanks for the tips--I practice some of these already--some I wasn't aware of....I'm very big on natural inexpensive products, including just reg. household items, that cost pennies on the dollar compared to high-end beauty products, which promise fabulous results, but just deplete your pocketbook!! Thanks again!!
