    I worked for a company in Florida that focused on all of this, plus buying at the lowest price from China to try and remain competitive, while all the time their biggest customer (Walmart) squeezed down the prices and margins. In the end I lost my job due to the recession. It's a shame companies can't focus more on product reliability than price.
