I subscribe to blogs that keep me on the cutting edge of marketing and especially social media marketing. These seven blogs are leaders in this field. They have been recognized and are awarded many best blog titles every year. If you own a small business or are in marketing you can't afford to miss what they have to say throughout the year.

So get your mojo here everyone!

Brian Clark's blog is Copyblogger and unless you have been hiding under a rock for the last several years you probably are aware of his influence in the social media-marketing-copywriting arena. After having read the post on this blog for around three years I have been tremendously influenced and rewarded for listening to his sage advice. He is a social media superstar.

Next is Chris Brogan of chrisbrogan.com another social media superstar. Chris blogs about everything you can imagine on the topic of marketing with a special interest on social media. Right now he is working on Human Business Media a network of blogs on different topics and a sure fire winner, as is everything Chris does.

The most sage blogger of our time is Seth Godin of Seth's Blog. We are all amazed at the depth and richness of all his post. He has been quoted as saying "If you are not remarkable on the web your invisible". The most true statement about blogging in its simplest terms. Seth is the number one blogger in America whose advice is both relevant and timely.

Lee Odden of Online Marketing Blog gets my vote for most creative and wide-ranging social media postings on my RSS reader. I am always amazed at the post topics he writes about. They are engaging, unique and always relevant on this topic. Take time today and read some of his most recent post and see if you don't agree with my assessment of this social media giant.

Want a little attitude with your social media journey? Then Lisa Barone and the crew of Outspoken Media could and should be your cup of java. With recent post such as Seven Habits Killing Your Personal Brand your eyes will awaken and you will be tested from the first word on to become better at marketing your business.

I love to read the Church of the Customer Blog co-authored by Ben McConnell and Jackie Huba. When they're not writing books of great value and interest they are blogging for thousands about the importance of the customer experience. A must read for every entrepreneur.

Last but a solid shaker of established pillars is David Meerman Scott's blog Web Ink Now. You will love his post on Social Media Marketing Explained in 61 Words and learning all about what makes marketing work by reading his post weekly and applying the lessons learned to your business.

These are the blogs I read in my quest for knowledge on the subject of social media and marketing. I point out these particular blogs because I find the content relevant and timely. They write about stuff you can apply right now to get results. You can't find a more complete group of experts that are willing to help everyone then these seven.

Social media is the new world order on the web. If you plan to market any product tangible or otherwise you would be smart to read these seven blogs the whole year and digest they're advice to incorporate what you learn with your business in 2011.

So don't wait another second get your mojo here!
