Are decadent, creamy, dreamy desserts your downfall? Is it too hard to resist eating something sweet? Do you always swear off dessert, only to find yourself giving in, and in the most waist-line devastating way?

Well, desserts and weight management do not have to be mutually exclusive: all you have to do is make the right choices. Choose to keep your desserts, for the most part, under the 200 calorie line... and don't think that this means you have to stick to mini-sized portions. No, no! Here's the second choice you can make: use the right ingredients, and you can most definitely indulge... but without all that guilt!

Here are 7 desserts (of satisfying proportions) that you can enjoy, for 200 or less calories. All requiring very minimal preparation.

1) One VitaTop Muffin Top or VitaBrownie + One Sugar Free Jell-O Pudding Snack + 1/2 cup Fat Free RediWip = 180 calories
To prepare: Thaw muffin top, or brownie, according to box directions. Mix pudding and ReddiWip together. Break or cut muffin top/brownie into pieces and mix with pudding. Enjoy!

2) One Fiber One Chewy Granola Bar + One Sugar Free Jell-O Pudding Snack = 200 calories
To prepare: Break granola bar into various pieces, place in a small serving bowl. Spoon pudding over granola pieces. Mix. Enjoy!

3) One 100 calorie English Muffin (Weight Watcher's is best) + 1/2 container Yoplait Thick and Creamy Light Cinnabun yogurt + 1/2 tsp light margarine + cinnamon to taste = 165 calories
To prepare: Toast english muffin (or, if you like it soft, microwave for about 20 seconds). Spread each muffin half with margarine then with yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!

4) One 4oz cup Fiber One Key Lime Pie yogurt + 1/2 cup Cool Whip Free = 110 calories
To prepare: Mix both to combine well. Enjoy!

5) 1/2 medium Bartlett pear (previously cut into pieces and frozen) + one Sugar Free Jell-O Pudding Snack + 1 tbsp fat free cream cheese + 2 tbsp Cool Whip Free + 2 tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze + 1 packet no calorie sweetener = 140 calories
To prepare: Combine all ingredients in a mini-blender (or regular blender). Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

6) Two Skinny Cow Truffle Bars, any flavor (French Vanilla is awesome!!) = 200 calories
No preparation, just unwrap and enjoy!

7) 1 cup Kashi Honey Sunshine Cereal + 1 tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze + 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup + 1 tsp Jet Puffed Marshmallow = 140 calories
To prepare: Mix together Almond Breeze, syrup, and marshmallow, until smooth. Stir in cereal and mix well to coat. Enjoy!
