7 Reasons Why You Shouldn't Call Your Ex Boyfriend
How to refrain calling your ex? Here are 7 tips:
1. Remember how he was driving you crazy with his little habits: for example, how he was late 15 minutes each time and each time had an excuse; or when he was eating like a pig, forgetting about the good manners.
2. Think about how bad you would feel if he doesn't answer to your call, or worse, if he doesn't reply to your SMS.
3. Put your phone in someone else's room or forget it to a friend for a day. If you can't do it, then when you want the most to call him, call somebody else: call your best friend (ask her to remind you the ugliest phases), or a call an acquaintance...talking to a new guy and flirting a little can improve your mood considerably.
Don't give to your ex the satisfaction to know that you're thinking about him in despair.
4. Think about all the options you have instead calling him. Read a good book, watch a movie...even a romance (these kind of movies usually make you fly, showing you that there are other men in the world than you ex who behave coarsely), or cook something good.
5. Don't even try to use the alcohol as a consolation It is the worst option and this will lead you directly to the phone; moreover, you could also make some confessions that you'll be sorry about later.
6. Listen to songs that will make you feel more self-confident:

7. Organize a party at your home. Many friends in one place will be the best cure against memories.

if it is I am lonesome, wrong reason
if it is he wasn't really so bad after all, make a list of good and bad, don't forget the bad just because time has passed,
if it is because he has a new girlfriend, and you just want him back, hey you had your chance, now it is hers
