Secrets for Weight Loss and Better Health
Loosing weight and keeping it off for most people will mean a true life style change. This is not something that can be done overnight or all at once. Here are a few keys to success. Make a real commitment to creating more energy and better health. This will take the focus and pressure to succeed, off loosing weight, and place it on building health. By shifting your focus and goal you will loose the weight in a way that will be permanently sustainable and extremely healthy. Make slow but steady changes by ADDING new and health supporting foods and products into your body and life. Reduce the toxicity level in your body as well as in your living and work environments. Commit to regular exercise, fresh air and sunlight, every day or a minimum of 4 times per week. Find ways to reduce your stress on all levels by making educated, loving choices, always keeping "YOU" as the highest priority.
There are no two people alike, and that is a wonderful thing. There are however some general inside secrets that will help you unlock and shed those extra pounds and build a strong healthy body at the same time. Let's take a look at some inside secrets now.
1. Alkalize, alkalize, alkalize - drink alkaline ionized water, at least 10 glasses per day. Add as many as you can of the following: green juices, fresh raw green vegetables, ( like salads and wraps), seaweed, marine phytoplankton, chlorella, E 3 Live, fulvic minerals every day to your diet. 2. Water - Drink pure, alkalized and ionized water. This water is contaminate free, carries much needed minerals in an absorbable form for proper PH levels, the correct electrical charge and reduced surface tension to enter INSIDE the cell ( where water is desperately needed ). Reverse Osmosis water is contaminate free, but lacks the minerals and ability to enter inside the body's cells for full hydration where it is most needed. 3. Cleanse - You need to cleanse your body inside too. There are parasites, worms, bacteria, viruses, molds and yeasts that rob your life force and health by stealing your nutrients and leaving behind toxic waste for your liver, immune system and lymph to clean up. An overabundance of these pathogens leads to degenerative disease. Many times if people are not able to loose the amount of weight expected on a program or go into a weight loss stall, it is due to one or more of these conditions in the body. So clean it up for health and weight loss. Going alkaline will help, these critters survive in an acid environment deprived of oxygen. You will also want to do one or more of the following on a regular basis. A complete body cleanse from Blessed Herbs, a parasite cleanse, a colon cleanse ( this is very different and much more effective than doing colonics ), limiting or removing sugar in all forms from your diet for at least 3 months and taking 10 drops of grapefruit seed extract 3 times per day. 4. Stop ADDING Toxins - Most conventional products are full of toxic chemicals. They enter your body through inhalation, absorption through the skin or ingestion. Once inside your body they do not just go away, your liver is forced to do something with them. This makes added work for the body, and if they can not be broken down, the toxins are stored as FAT. So one way to loose fat is to loose the chemicals. Your skin is the largest organ and is efficient in absorbing everything that it makes contact with. As you run out of the various things around your home replace them with natural, environmentally safe alternatives. Remove and replace all toxic cleaners, laundry detergent, hair and tooth care products, hair colors, soaps, and deodorants, with natural, food based items that are good for your body and the environment. Read labels on everything you purchase, food or otherwise. Even the clothes you wear cause toxicity for your body and energy field. Wear only natural fibers such as wool, cotton, linen, rayon, no polyester, acrylic or spandex, and preferably organic, the dyes are toxic also. The same applies to packaged, or frozen foods you buy. When you read the label and see things on it that are NOT food, do not buy it, period. Never eat canned foods. The inside of all metal cans have a very toxic coating that transfers to the food as it sits on the grocery shelf. Most canned goods are treated with antibiotics to prevent bacteria growth and promote shelf life. Fresh, organic, and in season is the best food to eat.
5. Exercise - There are many forms of this, choose some that you especially enjoy, even if it is just walking outdoors. Your body needs about 15 minutes of sunlight per day to make vitamin D and aid calcium absorption, your lymph needs muscle contractions to move it throughout the body and help it do it's job of cleaning the debris and dead cells. Your individual cells also can benefit from some exercise. Isn't that interesting? Yes, they too can benefit from exercise to help clear out toxins and take in nutrients and minerals allowing millions of enzyme reactions to take place and give you energy. The best form of exercise I have found for the cells and lymph system is rebounding. As you bounce up and fall back down, gravity is pumping and exercising the trillions of cells in your body into health. You are only as healthy as the individual cells that make you up, right? Other great forms of exercise are swimming in a non chlorinated pool, or fresh/sea water, bike riding, spin class, dance, aerobics, and the favorite of most people, sex.
6. Consumption of Good Fats - Adding good fats into your diet every day is a great way to help your body burn fat. It is a widely known fact that giving your body the right kinds of fat will increase metabolism and aid weight loss. On the other hand, restricting or eating the wrong kinds of fat cause the body to store or hold on to fat, especially in women, as fat is used for estrogen production. Here are a few suggestions for adding good fat to your diet every day. Avocados, fresh Thai coconut meat, coconut oil, chia seeds, flax seeds, raw nuts. The best nut choices are organic raw unpasteurized almonds or hazelnuts, as these are the only alkaline nuts. Be sure to soak them for at least 10 hours in pure water prior to eating. This releases the enzyme inhibitors and makes them easily digestible. Nuts are a good quick snack throughout the day, as they provide protein, sustained energy and help to regulate your blood sugar.
7. Relaxing and Relieving Stress - This is very important for ideal health as well as for weight loss. When stress is high not only are the muscles in the body tense, and emotions flared, but the adrenal glands interpret stress as a sign of danger and raise cortisol levels. The activation of cortisol increases glucose in the blood, suppresses the immune system and prepares the body for fight or flight. Sustained high levels of this stress hormone lead to increased hunger, cravings for fat or sugar and increased weight gain. So how do you, " just let it all go" and relax?
