7 Simple Steps for Perfect Skin

To be honest all of us would love to have perfect porcelain looking skin. Fortunately it can be accomplished without spending a great deal of time and money. You need to be consistent and over the course of a few weeks your skin will begin to look cleaner and brighter.

1. Most important is keeping your skin clean! You need to clean your face morning and evening with a gentle cleanser that gets rid of the dirt and grime.

2. After cleaning the skin pat dry and then use a toner to help close the pores once they are clean.

3. Now that the toner has dried on your face then you can put on a very modest amount of moisturizer on your face and neck.

4. Be sure to use a body and facial scrub to clean your skin this can be done once weekly. A body scrub can often eliminate toxins and it is best to begin at your feet and rub towards the heart, rubbing in the reverse direction could possibly drive the toxins back into your system. Since the skin on the neck and face can easily be damaged, it is important to remember to use a very gentle facial scrub on those areas.

5. Some people use an Aspirin face mask! This mask is delivering wonderful results on those folks with open pores, blemishes and acne. Crush just about 15 aspirin pills to a powder mix and add a bit of water and then apply to a clean face. Leave for fifteen minutes and then wash off and put on a light moisturizer. You can also do this weekly, after a facial scrub.

6. The nutrients and types of food you consume is highly important for firm, clean skin! Be sure you are eating a good quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Foods that are well digested will aid your system and keep your skin well-nourished and encourage fresh, new cell growth. Drink a good deal of water also!

7. Be sure to get enough sleep since your skin will reflect the amount of rest you get. Seven to eight hours is generally adequate. Not getting enough sleep over a period of time can lead to problems that are difficult to remedy such as dark circles and sagging loose skin.
