According to the Archdiocese of Boston, Boston derived its name from an English town originally known as "Botolph's Town" which was founded by Saint Botolph himself. Boston even has a Boston Catholic Television resource to provide further help and support to parishioners. Boston has recently undergone changes in the location and availability of Catholic parishes. But, regardless of its history, today Boston is home to eight beautiful Catholic churches.

Fact: Saint Cecilia is a beautiful Catholic church founded from humble beginnings. The parish was established in 1888, in response to the requests of the Bostonian aristocracy's servants. According to Saint Cecilia's website, the church remains "a monument to fierce faith in the midst of poverty".
