1. Apply moisturizer as often as you need to in order to keep your skin hydrated and plump looking instead of dry and tough.
2. Get enough rest every night. Not getting enough sleep caused poor circulation, among other things. If you have poor circulation your skin will suffer for it, and so will your eyes.
3. The skin around your eyes is much more sensitive then the rest of the skin on your face, so be sure to use products made for the skin around your eyes and remember not to scrub the eye area very hard or very much.
4. Fight aging and wrinkles by using products with retinol in them. Retinol will reverse signs of aging and wrinkles even if you don't have them yet. Start now and look young longer.
5. Always use an SPF product. Always, even in the winter. Protecting your face from sun damage is one of the best things for your skin and your look.
6. After bathing use a thick lotion to help ensure the moisture from you bath or shower gets soaked in.
7. Your lips are different then the rest of your face. Be sure to use lip products that have a good emollient in them as well as SPF protection.
8. Don't stress yourself out. Tired fatigued and stressed skin will be what you and everybody sees if this happens.
