a. Mix 75 ml of good quality apple juice with 50 ml of good quality vodka, 12 ml of Krupnik, 12 ml of blackberry puree and a dash of sugar syrup.

b. Fill a high glass with ice cubes.

c. Pour the mixture over the ice cubes.

d. Fill the glass to the top with (cheap) champagne.

2. Sweet Lemon Champagne

a. Take a champagne flute.

b. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.

c. Add a little sugar syrup.

d. Fill glass almost to the top with champagne.

e. Top up the glass with good quality gin.

3. Cherry & Gin Sling

This one is very nice!

a. Fill a glass with ice cubes.

b. Pour in 2 parts good quality gin.

c. Add 1 part cherry brandy.

d. Top up the glass with club soda.

4. Tequila Toot

a. Take 40 ml of good tequila.

b. Add 15 ml of freshly squeezed line juice.

c. Add a little brown sugar.

d. Shake well.

e. Pour contents of shaker into a shot glass.

f. Add a small dash of black raspberry liqueur.

5. Vodka Raspberry Martini

a. Put half a dozen raspberries into a glass.

b. Add a little sugar syrup.

c. Add the raspberries and sugar syrup to a shaker.

d. Add 2 shots of vodka.

d. Shake well over crushed ice.

e. Pour into the glass.

f. Add a raspberry or two to garnish

6. Dreaming of a White Christmas

a. Mix together 1 oz of nice chocolate liqueur with an oz of Southern Comfort and 4 oz of eggnog.

b. Pour into cocktail glasses.

c. Garnish with grated chocolate or cinnamon.

7. The Sidecar Wizz

a. Fill a shaker half full of ice.

b. Add a shot of quality cognac.

c. Add a shot of Cointreau.

d. Add a twist of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

e. Add a sprinkle of cold water.

f. Shake.

g. Strain the contents into a glass.

8. Chocolate Martini

a. Take 25 ml of Baileys, 25 ml of crème de Cacao and 25 ml of good quality vodka.

b. Shake over ice.

c. Serve with an optional chocolate straw.
