1. To learn the Tarot you must practice it daily for at least one year. That is the only way to become familiar enough with the cards for them to be of any use to you. Reading your cards daily will help you establish a sense of accomplishment.
2. Using any type of divination, especially the Tarot, will help expand and strengthen your Aura.
3. The Tarot uses pictures and symbols making it easier for most people to understand than other types of divination.
4. The Golden Dawn, a society formed in the 1880's for followers of ritual magick, used the Tarot more than any other divination system.
5. Many of the Golden Dawn members went on to create their own style of Tarot Cards. Some of these cards have been around for over a century now making them the most well known and used by dedicated practicing magicians. The Rider-Waite Tarot (also known as Rider Tarot or Waite Tarot) deck is a good example.
6. You don't have to have any "special" abilities to learn the Tarot. If you use dedication and practice then the Tarot will be successful for you. Some people do learn faster than others. I stated earlier that it takes at least one year to become familiar enough with the cards for them to be of any use to you. You will be able to do basic Tarot spreads in a matter of months and get good results but it will normally take about a year for you to fully trust and understand your readings.
7. The Tarot can be used for more than just divination. It can also be used for fortunetelling, problem solving, meditation, magickal spell or ritual work, self discovery, self help, creativeness and a way to connect with the divine.
8. By doing daily Tarot readings you will start to discover yourself more than ever before. Every day you must do at least one Tarot spread which only takes minutes. Over time self discovery will reveal itself as a hidden benefit to the Tarot.
Example Tarot Question for Yourself: "If I were to do THIS what would the outcome be?"
THIS could be anything such as ask for a raise, leave your lover, make new friends, go out with someone, go on vacation, have a child, etc. As you can see the number of questions to ask is limitless. In one year you will go through 365 of them and in two years 730. By doing this daily you will be specifically focusing on issues in your life and trying to overcome them. Self discovery is a guaranteed benefit.

Interesting article...
I've never used the Tarot, because I don't feel that I am qualified. That doesn't mean that I don't beleive it. I'm a skeptic. I am skeptical about EVERYTHING. And i do calll myself Christian, but I am still a skeptic.
I've been temtped to use a money spell, lately. I just don't want to upset the nature of things. I only need a few thousand. My brain screams, "money's claw." I don't want anyone hurt for my money needs.
Can you read me through tarot?
