Thanks for all the good ideas, but I think I'll pass on this one. I worked on an old house for 35 years, because I wanted it fixed up way more than my husband did. We eventually built a new house, and today we drove by the old one. Just makes me sick to see how the present owners are letting it go down. Hang in there and enjoy, but don't ruin your health doing it as I did.
