1.) Do you smoke? if so stop smoking NOW! There is no longer any doubt about the link between smoking tobacco, and the development serious illness, such as lung cancer and some forms of heart disease.

2.) If you drink alcohol, drink in moderation no more than an average of two bottles of beer, (or two cocktails or two glasses of wine) each day, if you like to have a drink, but, the best thing is not to drink at all, then you don't have to worry about drinking to much.

3.) Try to exercise strenuously at least twice a week, and preferably three times each week to get some real results, and it will help you to get in shape.

4.) Eat sensibly you need a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, and vegetables, and drink lots of water, juice is also good but, go easy on the cream, butter, fatty foods, sugar, cakes, and other sweets.

5.) Do not let yourself get overweight if you are already obese go on a reducing diet until you are healthy and slim again.

6.) Get a good night sleep, you must have proper rest in order not to feel tired Thur out the day, it will help your performance, and attitude.

7.) Take some time out of your busy day just to relax, for about 30 minutes when even you can, and think about what you need to do just for yourself, what you need.

8.) Help reduce your stress level, by taken a walk, or listening to some music, closing your eyes for about 5 to 10 minutes and just think about something pleasant and peaceful, relax your mind, just about everyone have some sort of stress of daily living from home, work, kids,traffic, money problems etc. Try to get a job that you really enjoy if possible.

9.) Don't forget to visit your Dentist every six months for a check up, because remember "Dental Hygiene" is also importance for your health. You may want to have your teeth cleaned and whiten as well for a brighter smile.

10.) Try reading or writing to stimulate, and exercise the mind, and also take a warm bath with candle light to relax after a long day. watch your favorite TV show or movie for enjoyment and laughter. it is also a good idea to go out for dinner every once in a while to see new surrounding with your friend or family. Try some dancing while you're out you will feel much better afterward.
