The Day the World Could Not Move
Memorial Day is right around the corner. This is a day not just to remember those who have died in wars, but to remember all those gone before. 9-11 is probably one of the most remembered days. Here is a tribute to memorialize those lost on 9-11.
No one can explain the horror that day brought
The answers and comfort are still being sought
The planes hit, one at a time
Taking the innocent in this hideous crime
Thousands lost, leaving loved ones behind
Loved ones seeking; peace to find
No one will ever know the reason for this hurtful deed
Was it hate or disgust or just plain greed
Not just on Memorial Day but every day of the year
We will take the time to remember the loved ones so dear
