A 2 at 10 Becomes a 10 at 2

Stellavision Programming

foggynotion
Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder
A two at ten changed
Into a ten at two
There are no ugly chicks at last call

A two at ten changed
When I sat at the bar
There are no ugly chicks at last call
Once Stellavision is turned on

When I sat at the bar
She gave me eyes
Once Stellavision is turned on
I didn't care because

She gave me eyes
Three pitchers later
I didn't care because
She had sexy thumbs

Three pitchers later
We were conversing deeply
She had sexy thumbs
I bought her a midori sour

We were conversing deeply
About breasts
I bought her a midori sour
One is not enough, three is too many

About breasts
They are like martinis
One is not enough, three is too many
Red bar lights softened her face

They are like martinis
You see things different
Red bar lights softened her face
Next thing we were making out

You see things different
Into a ten at two
As the proverb goes
Beauty is in the eye of the beerholder

If you have ever been to the Carousel Lounge in Austin, Texas, you may have seen Stella, Stellavision, and an elephant holding a champagne class in his trunk. This poem seems to have been born in that wonderful funky bar. It's wonderful.

I didn't quite follow the storyline. (That Stellavision thing). But I'm completely agree this is another your neat poem about having sexy time! :-D

This one made me blush and giggle. I love the part about beauty being in the eye of the beerholder and Stellavision (though I'm not sure what Stellavision is. You can probably tell me that.) I really love your honest prowl for a lady-friend!!!! This is a great poem that illlicited a dual reaction out of me!!!!! I am a very big fan of yours and I do so hope you keep on writing, because every day and I mean this, every day you get better and better. Just when I think you stopped, you pull another awesome poem out of your hat and there I am reading your works/arts. I love how honest and open this poem is and I like the visuals of it. It's always super real and fresh. Keep on this writing that you are doing!!!!!!! 5 outta 5!!!!
