A Beach Flute Centerpiece for Your Wedding

ITEMS NEEDED:

First you will need a few things to create these beautiful beach flute centerpieces. First, you will need a heart shaped vase for each centerpiece you will be making. Next you will need two wine flute glasses for each centerpieces. You can use the kind that simply have a stem with no base on the bottom, these would work best, because they are made to lean in a vase. Next, you will need two colors of sand that match your wedding colors. You could use white or beige sand with a colored sand if you wish. You can find colored sand at craft stores and pet stores.

SET UP THE BEACH FLUTE CENTERPIECE:

To set up your beach flute centerpiece first you will place the two flute glasses down into the heart shaped vase, one leaning off to each side, so that they are leaning in opposite directions. Next, you will each glass with one color of sand. For instance, if you are using pink and white sand, fill one flute glass with the pink sand and the other flute glass with the white sand. Finally, you will fill the heart shaped vase with both colors of sand, simply layering the colors back and forth until the sand comes at least half way up the vase.
