Doesn't that sound more motivating than saying "I want to loose weight?" You want to gain a healthy , toned sexy body that is already trapped inside the one you have now just dying to get out.
First you need to pick a fool proof plan that will set you up for great success. Do not work out during your "tired " time of day. This is counter productive. If you are a night person then choose your work out after you have had a great early dinner and given yourself time to digest. If you are a morning person then work out after breakfast. See a pattern here. You must fuel your body with food before a workout otherwise you will not have energy....trust me this is key in order to transform your body into a lean mean muscle machine.
Drink water all day and limit you sugary drinks. This is an easy way to cut calories and help you feel good and give your skin a soft glow. This is the best thing you can do for your body so drink as much as you can .Stock up on foods you like. No need to deprive yourself. Limit "junk" for one day on the weekend where you indulge sensibly without judgement. Take you time and enjoy those treats as sssslowwwwwly as you can. Slow down your eating speed in general and drink water through out your meal. You will feel full and consume less calories
Next pick exercises you enjoy. Dance like an idiot when no one is around. Jog if that's what you love to do but I find more enjoyable ways to get my cardio workout. Kickboxing is my favorite . It helps you get rid of your frustrations and it works the entire body. Swimming is so fun. Pick what you love to do and just do it. Grab a friend to suffer along side of you and encourage each other every step of the way.
