10. Miranda Kerr (91.5%). The Australian Victoria's Secret model, 26, is also best known as the girlfriend of English actor Orlando Bloom. She worked her way up from 46th place last year. 9. Eva Mendes (91.7%). The Cuban-American actress was born in Miami but raised in L.A. She acted in college and had her breakout role as the girlfriend of Denzel Washington in 2001's Training Day. She has also appeared in Once Upon a Time in Mexico (2003), 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003), Stuck on You (2003), and Hitch (2005, opposite Will Smith). 8. Cheryl Cole (91.8%). She isn't very well known in American pop culture, but if the rumors are true that she may become one of Simon Cowell's spin off, X-Factor's, newest judge, that may change. The 26 year old British singer, married to British soccer player Ashley Cole, was in the highly successful UK pop group, "Girls Aloud". She later became a judge on Britain's X-factor in 2008. Cole has been voted the most photogenic by a Nikon poll as well as the women men would most want to bed in a UK poll.

7. Penelope Cruz (92.1%). The 35 year old Oscar winning Actress was famous and winning awards in her native Spain long before she caught the eyes of American casting directors. She has been in movies such as Blow, most recently Nine, and in her Oscar winning role in Woody Allen's Vicky Christian Barcelona. She also stared alongside her present fiance, fellow Spanish actor and Oscar award winner, Javier Bardem. The two have been dating since 2007.

6. Beyonce Knowles (92.2%). The only black woman to make it onto the top ten, this 28 year old native of Texas first came onto the scene as one of the singers/performers in the girl group "Destiny's Child". She later launched a successful solo career as well as an acting career (Dreamgirls, Obsessed), fashion line, and large endorsement deals (Pepsi, Tommy Hilfiger, L'Oreal). She is married to rapper Jay-Z and has no children.

5.Jessica Alba (92.6%). Alba launched her A-list status with the TV series "Dark Angel" which led to Hollywood films including Sin City and Fantastic Four. She was #1 on the list in 2006, but has fallen since her marriage and the birth of her first child, daughter Honor in 2008. She was also FHM's sexiest woman alive in 2008.

4. Alessandra Ambrosio (93.9%). She fell from her #2 spot in 2008, but this Brazilian model and Victoria's Secret Angel, still remains in the top 5. The 28 year old is married to California businessman, Jamie Mazur, and they have a daughter together, Anja, born in August 2008. She has done some television work including small roles as herself on Entourage and How I Met Your Mother.

3.Kate Beckinsale (94%). The oldest on the list at 36 years old, the English actress had her breakout role in 2001's bomb Pearl Harbor. She also stared in Underworld where she met her present husband, director Len Wiseman. She has a daughter, Lily, born in 1999, with her first husband.

2. Marisa Miller(94.8%). The third, and highest rated Victoria's Secret model on the list, 31 year old Marissa is a CA native. She graced the cover of the 2008 Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition and has been married to music producer Griffin Guess since 2006.

1.Emmanuelle Chriqui (94.9%). The 32 year old Canadian actress (she hails from Montreal) is best known for her role as Sloan on the HBO show "Entourage".
