A Christmas Card to Loved Ones

My wish for all

This Christmas season,

Would be teaching your family

God's miraculous reason,

For celebrations and gifts galore,

Running about people pleasin'

Because Christ our Savior was born!

To redeem us from sin was the reason,

For us he was born, died, and risen,

Paying the ultimate price for people pleasin',

Out of love for us all, Divine Intervention,

The birth of Christ is the ONLY reason!

Celebrated festively as the Holiest mass,

His approaching return will end grieving,

When gathered up for the Wedding Supper

And turning our tears, to joy upon leaving.

But until that last trumpet blows,

Signaling rapturous reasons,

And Heaven assured for all time,

We will celebrate our blessed Christmas seasons,

In these last few days of our Lord Jesus Christ.
