First One you can use: It is up to you to take advantage of your surroundings. Do you live on the campus dorm? If you do, that is great. You should take advantage of this by talking with and getting to know the other people who reside on the dorm.
Second One you can use: You should talk with your classmates. I'm not talking about making small talk about something such as your grades. No, you should do more than that. You must make an attempt to have a meaningful conversation with them and develop a relationship with them.
Third One you can use: It is helpful to have the gift of gab and look for other students to buddy up with in places such as a school library. In fact, this is how I made a friend before graduating. He just began sitting at my table and starting a conversation with me. We soon became tight.
Fourth One you can use: You should pay attention to nonverbal cues others give you and respond to them. Several years ago, after a pretty young lady sitting at a table in front of mine smiled at me warmly, I walked over and started talking. We became special friends.
Fifth One you can use: Do you take the bus to school? If so, you should talk with others while you ride the bus or wait for it to come.
Sixth One you can use: You need to be likeable. This will make it easier for you to attract friends.
Seventh One you can use: It is important to consider joining at least one of the associations on the campus. By doing this, you will come into contact with others on a regular basis. The more you see someone, the more likely you are to form a relationship with them.
Eighth One you can use: How about attending some of the school events? This is another good way to meet others.
Ninth One you can use: It is vital to ask some fellow students for their phone numbers. This will help you keep in touch with them for life.
