A Complete Alphabetical List of All the Horror Movies of the 1980's

I have always been a huge fan of all horror movies, but the decade of the 1980's has always been my favorite followed closely by the classic films of the 50's. I guess maybe because this is the decade I grew up in, the 80's always brings back memories of my younger years when I first fell in love with this genre. I especially like some of the lesser-known titles as opposed to the ones everyone remembers, and just when I think I've seen them all I discover a new gem that I've never even heard of. There were a ton of these movies made in the 80's including a lot made by Italian and other European studios and a lot of them still have not made it to DVD, so I always keep an eye out for new releases. At the bottom of the list is my personal all time top ten list. Amazon.com has almost all these available on DVD and you can still find used VHS copies of the ones that have not made it to DVD yet. Another great source is Netflix they have a great selection of these titles for rent as well, memberships starting at $4.99 a month.
