A Day with Grandma and Grandpa

Going to Grandma's and Grandpa's
is so much fun.
When I am there
I can run, run, run!

Grandpa can paint, and fish
and make lots of cool things.
Grandma treats my brother and me
just like we were two little kings.

Me and Grandpa
ride our four wheelers fast.
Grandma yells "I love you"
each time we go past.

I show Grandpa
how I shoot my bow and arrow.
He tells me
how he can shoot a sparrow.

I play in dirt
and make things for Mom and Dad.
Grandma cooks dinner.
It's the best I ever had.

I get all cleaned up
and ready for bed.
I snuggle with Grandpa
while Grandma rubs my head.

It's great to have grandparents
that give you so much love.
I know without a doubt,
mine were sent from above.
