Yesterday, A Day To Remember released their fourth album What Separates Me From You on Victory Records.
The band's first single from the new album "All I Want" is already drawing major attention and flying up the modern rock charts.

Within the first 24 hours of it being posted online on KROQ's (Los Angeles' flagship rock station) website, the song registered over 61,000 views setting a KROQ record. The track was also #1 Most Added for three weeks in a row.

Lead singer Jeremy McKnnion gives his thoughts on "All I Want", "This song is about the struggle that comes with doing what's right for you, even if it doesn't make sense to others. Live life for yourself, and be happy."

Since their formation in 2003, Ocala, Florida's A Day To Remember have grown from a small band with a dedicated local fan-base into a worldwide phenomenon, gaining the respect and adoration from their peers as much as their fans.

Over the course of three albums, the band has sold out entire continental tours, landed a Top 25 Billboard debut and topped the Billboard Indie Albums Chart.

It's been a quick turn around for A Day To Remember who's last album, Homesick, was just released in February 2009. The album sold over 21,000 albums within the first week, landing it at #21 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart and setting the tone for the rest of the year to come.

Their spring 2010 headlining run sold out every date, making it one of the hottest tickets earlier this year. Immediately following the conclusion of the tour the band headed to Europe for a month of festivals.

What Separates Me From You takes things a giant step further.

The band showcases their characteristic mix of monstrous sing-a-long choruses and mosh-pit-inducing breakdowns, however this time around the lyrics are darker than ever. They are based off of true, deep-seeded emotion which Jeremy explains as his most honest and personal writings to date. "I know what the lyrics mean to me, but my hope is that our fans take away their own interpretation."

Keeping true to what got them here in the first place, the band has a ton in store for 2011 beginning with a brand new US tour this fall (which includes label mates Close Your Eyes).

What Separates Me From You shows the band's widening spectrum and is certainly the triumphant next step in their already shining career. They have perfected a genre and their latest effort enhances their already impressive catalog, hitting harder and bouncing bigger than ever before.
