Directions for A Delicious Flavorful Homemade Salad Dressing

Just mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and then stream in the oil whisking until it is well mixed. The mustard causes it to nicely emulsify and it clings to the lettuce leafs. You can use more or less sweetner for taste. We make a big bowl of salad and then dress the whole bowl with this dressing and toss it evenly. Then serve individual servings. It is a family favoriteTip
If you are not a huge fan of garlic you could just mash the garlic and put some juice in for flavor instead of mince.
