This is a great menu for warm weather when people would love to eat more salads and vegetable but I always offer some meat for people who find themselves really hungry on that day. It's also heavy on Strawberries because the are tangy and versatile in cooking as well as desserts. The pound cake can be attractively garnished with fruit and whipped cream or people can eat it plain and still enjoy it quite a lot.

Knudsen Wine Spritzers: find natural juice spritzers (www.knudsenjuices.com) and add a heavyish-sweet or full bodied white wine and ice for those who want a refreshing drink with wine in the afternoon sun. Choose something you'd use to make sangria for example. Or they may just want the fruit spritzers!
