Aromatherapy: A Complete Guide to the Healing Art (2009) by Kathi Keville and Mindy Green, both herbalists and aromatherapists: As stated in this magnificent books title it is the complete guide to aromatherapy. It is easily mapped out for use by those just learning and it is full of information that would make the expert jump for joy.
The Aromatherapy Bible: The Definitive Guide to Using Essential Oils(2005) by Gill Farrer-Hills, writer and editor of subjects from Aromatherapy to Meditation: Definitely the definitive guide to all things aromatherapy, as it's subtitle states. Although itdoes not cover every scent out there, it does give in depth information for uses. A must have book for those interested in aromatherapy.
The Art of Reflexology: A Step-by-Step Guide (1995) by Inge Dougans, the Director of the International School of Reflexology and Meridian Therapy: The one book on Reflexology that everyone should own. Includes all of the charts and information you could possibly need.
The Complete Guide to Crystal Chakra Healing (2009) by Philip Permutt, a practicing crystal healer for over 15 years: Definitely the complete guide for learning and using crystals for Chakra work and healing. It also has a journal available that goes along with the book to help with learning.
The Crystal Bible: A Definitive Guide to Crystals(2003) and The Crystal Bible 2(2009) by Judy Hall, 30 years of crystal knowledge):This nifty little book lists over 200 crystals. It includes their magical properties and more. It doesn't have every crystal in it, but it is a great book to have. It is one of the best crystal books out there. The 2nd book contains over 200 additional stones that were not included in the 1st book.
The Crystal Healer: Crystal Prescriptions That Will Change Your Life Forever (2007) by Philip Permutt, practicing crystal healer for over 15 years: Another great book on crystals that lists them by color, making it easier to find and discover the different crystals you may be searching for. Though it doesn't nearly have all of the stones that are out there it is one of the easiest books to use. Great for the beginner.
The Food Bible (1998) by Judith Wills, Nutritionist and weight loss expert: Whether you are on a diet or just want to be healthier this book is phenomenal. It covers balancing your diet, using food as a medicine and even includes tons of healthy recipes that you will want to try over and over again. Eat for a better body, mind and soul.
The Green Pharmacy Guide To Healing Foods (2008) by James A. Duke, former US Department of Agriculture employee: Eating can be healthy. This book has everything you need to know about eating for health, your health and the health of the world around you.
Herbally, Yours (1982) by Penny C. Royal, popular lecturer on the use of herbs: A great guide for the beginner, this book lists tons of herbs. It is a bit older and may list someherbs that are potentially harmful, so make sure to check in other sources before using the remediesprescribed in this book.
The Little Guides: Herbs (2000) by Geoffrey Burnie, consultant editor: This little book has tips for growing, caring for and using your own herbs. It is very resourcefuland even includes a chapter on medicinal herbs. It is very important to have when using herbs for metaphysical purposes.
The Top 100 Immunity Boosters: 100 Recipes To Keep You Immune System Fighting Fit(2005) by Charlotte Haigh, a writer specializing in Health and Wellness: This is the must have guide to tell you what the best fruits, nuts, vegetables and more are for yourbody and anything that ails you. This book is plain awesome because it tells what the food has in it,what it can do for you and includes a great recipe here and there that you'll want to try out foryourself!
