Chicken soup is one of the most popular soups that people enjoy, especially when it's very cold outside or when your feeling sick with a horrible cold. It's just something about chicken soup that really makes us feel better. Well being inspired by Tony Vega messaging me about a chicken noodle soup why not make this soup today. Today is the best time to do this being that it's nasty, cold, and raining outside. Who feels like making a huge dish for dinner. You can add a nice salad to this or even a nice loaf of Italian bread. For this dish you will need:

1 chicken

2 1/2 quarts of water

Sprinkle some garlic powder (use your judgment some like more than others)

Sprinkle some onion powder( use your judgment some like more than others)

Salt to taste

Few sprinkles of black pepper

1 1/2 cups of cooked rice( brown or white)

1 pound of ground beef

2 medium sized eggs

3 pieces of moistened bread

Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on before you eat it

You may add some celery and noodles to this if you desire

First you are gonna grab the biggest pot you own and place your chicken into the 2/1/2 quarts of water. Now you are gonna add your garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir this up very well and let this simmer for around 1 1/2 hours or so. Then grab your chicken out of the pot and carefully remove any bones in it. Place back into the pot grab your ground beef, eggs, and moistened bread mix them up extremely well. Place your onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into your meatball mix. Mix up again and shape them into little balls. Now place them into the boiling pot of chicken soup cook for around 15-20 minutes or so. Then add your rice let this simmer for another 10-15 minutes on low. Grab a big bowl sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!!! Thank you so much Tony can't wait to have my soup now.

Yum! We are making a version of ground beef, rice and mexican seasonings tonight, with cheese as well but this is one recipe (yours) that I intend to try. One son LOVES rice even more than noodles. Also, I wanted t thank you again for the macaroni and cheese recipes you posted here and urge people to read that article. We found our perfect (finally) macaroni and cheese recipe. Sorry it took me so long to let you know that but we had to test them :)
