A Fairy Birthday Bash to Remember

For all those little ones that want a fairy birthday and for those mothers who say we can't afford it.The good thing about fairies are that they are very simple creations.We can recreate the look without spending a fortune.Most people think oh we are going to have to go to the party store and spend over $100.00.Just on decoration.Most can not afford that so I am going to give you some simple ideas.

We will start with the fairy costumes.You can go to your local dollar store and pick up wings of all colors for a simple $1.00.If you plan on having alot of children turn to Orientaltrading.com.Bulk items sold at a very low price.You can use one of two things as the outfit.A swim suit or a old colorful shirt that is long on a child and cut triangles out on the bottom.

Fairy's have alot of tattoo art on them.Give the children crayola washable markers and let them design there own.If you want you can also pick up very colorful tattoos at your local dollar store to.The come in packs of 10.Fairy's have alot of glitter to them.Find some lotions that contain glitter for them to use on their body's.

Fairy make-up.Very simple.Pick up some glitter eye shadow and glitter lipstick.Eye shadow can be used on the checks as well as the eyes.You can also use eyeliner for them to draw tattoo's on if you don't like the marker idea..

Now for the decorations.Fairies are known for color so the more color the better.For streamers pick them up at the dollar store to.They have all colors and come in a pack of two.Hang streamer across the room and even dangling from the room.Streamers can also be turned into a flower.

If you can have a fairy party outside this idea is for you.If you have a pool.Doesn't matter shape or size.Take your potted plants and if need be borrow for the day.place them around the pool side almost all the way around.Hopefully you have found ones with flowers too.If not you can pick some flowers and place them on the plants yourself.Sprinkle some flowers to float in the pool.

Use this same idea for your cups.White Styrofoam cups and stickers.Pick up different color plates from the dollar store.Stack the colors in random order not in bunches.Makes better for the eyes.

Now you probably saying what games are they going to play to keep them entertained well.BY allowing them to do the dress-up part that will take up most of your time.But you can add other games and activities in.Go on your computer and find a fairy picture for them to color.You can make copy's as cheap as 3 cents.
