Dad, I never spent much time
Wondering how you did what you did,
How you went to work and payed the bills,
and still helped me be a kid.
Wondering how you did what you did,
How you went to work and payed the bills,
and still helped me be a kid.
I never asked how you found the time,
to fit everything in a day,
but you always found at least a few minutes
where we could sit down and play.
Now that I have become an adult,
With my own work and bills to pay,
I realize just how special you are,
And wish you a Happy Father's Day!
