I had been writing for a while and I would like to continue to do so.  View profile

  • There is no gaining excess weight by simply consuming foods ladden with protein
  • The body, however, needs carbohydrate to function normally
  • Fruits are known source of quick energy because they can be converted into calorie quickly
There is no need to worry about what to eat as long as the eating is done keeping in mind that what the body converts into fat is excess energy that it can't burn.
