A Fool
Yes I was a fool
I could easily believe
Persuaded with little to nothing
No proof or evidence of any sort
Going by just what others would say
Little wisdom led me the wrong way
Making a mess out of my life
Now I have learnt
For certain to never again get burnt
I am no longer the fool
Living life while accepting stupidity and ignorance
Just isn't me
There's no longer easy convincement
Now analyzing every word
Studying all expressions
Considering only presented evidence
Questioning until there's nothing left to doubt
I'm not a believer but can be
Show me, prove it to me
Logically make me a believer
Since I am no longer that fool
