should taste good purely,
no creamer or sugar,
to alter the taste so far.
A good cup of coffee,
has natural sweetness,
that taste comes from ripeness,
not the processing defects of saltiness.
A good cup of coffee,
has a bright, light acidity,
that you don't usually get,
from coffee on an office hotplate.
A good cup of coffee,
is not thin and watery,
it has a little thickness,
which leave a pleasant taste.
A good cup of coffee,
has flavors which are fruity,
bright, lemony, orangy,
but should never be oniony.
A good cup of coffee,
may have exotic flavors,
desirable are: smokey and woodsy,
chocolatey, nutty and toasty.
A good cup of coffee,
is roasted to perfection,
roasting can be light medium or dark,
enough to ignite a gustatory spark.
A good cup of coffee,
should suit your taste,
lest your money go to waste,
when your cup is brewed in haste.
