A Graduation Poem
In the year 2008,
I was set to graduate.
I didn't do it, I failed the test,
I tried and tried to do my best.
I was set to graduate.

In the year 2009,
I just tried it one more time.
I hit the books; no more TV,
Couldn't believe the change in me!
Studying late each day and night,
I wanted to make my future bright.
I made it! - I got myself employed!
I'm a graduate, and I'm overjoyed!
