A Great Super Bowl Appetizer for All to Enjoy
Make These Delicious Apple Baked Onion Rings Your Company Will Love Them
Thinking about the super bowl coming we are all trying to figure out some simple appetizers that will satisfy us and our company if we are having any. Well the most popular ones today are usually potato skins, mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings and stuff like that. Why not have something that's quick, easy, and quite delicious like your own apple battered onion rings.Last night I was thinking about what I was gonna make and decided to make this on my own of course a little helpful tips from my brother in law. Items you need for this are 1 1/4 cups of flour, about two cups of apple juice or you can squeeze your own from fresh apples like I did. tablespoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, one egg, a little bit of salad oil, one really big white onion, and around 3/4 of baking powder. Now grab yourself a medium sized bowl and mix your flour, apple juice, salt, baking powder, pepper, egg, and around one tablespoon of salad oil until your flour mixture is mixed well and at the very moist stage. Now take your salad oil and heat it up in a oven safe dish at around 325. Right now now your oil is heating so while it's heating slice up that big onion. Make sure not too thick. You can separate your onions into rings with your fingers. Next you are gonna take your onions and dip them carefully into the batter you made and dip them about five times or so.. Then cook these for about five to seven minutes until they are brown enough for you. these are really tasty and something different to enjoy.
