Also, I was never paid for my three weeks of work for them. However, some people have had more pleasant experiences with this chat line, and more power to them. In addition to how poorly they managed the business end of the text chat experience, their morals were very poorly placed. The pay for this company is extremely low, and even though I never received my pay, it would have only been about a hundred dollars, for three weeks of texting for hours and hours on end.

2. Text121Chat - This is a much more reliable text chat company to apply with, and they have been in the business a little longer than SMS Friends. They pay between seven and ten cents per minute, and they don't require that you work a managed schedule. When I worked for them, I was required to make callers believe I was local to them, but I was instructed to never make dates with them. Text121Chat, is a much more morally acceptable company to text for than some of the others out there.

3. Papillon - A very hard company to get hired with, though they pay way better than SMS Friends and Text121Chat. They run their company much like the previous two companies, meaning operators are required to mislead the callers into thinking they are local girls or men. No meeting is permitted, nor is the exchange of personal details. The company is friendly to work for and operators have chances to advance in position.
Choosing the right text chat company to apply to is difficult, especially since all of the above companies have mixed reviews available on the internet to be viewed. The best advice I can give is to personally apply to each company, and pay attention to the quality of attention you get from each reviewer. Give each company a month, for you to decide whether or not it is worth your time and energy. I worked for SMS Friends for less than a month before I realized what kind of business they were running, and I worked for Text121Chat for almost a year, and I would reccommend anyone applying to work for them as their first text chatting job. Papillon, however, is a different story. They require that you have some experience, because they are a bonafide business that specialize in many different services and Adult Text is just one of the many.

Do you have what it takes? Many people think that being a text chat operator, or phone actress is an easy gig for lazy people who don't want a "real" source of employment, but this assumption couldn't be farther from the truth. Like with most types of employment, there are certain people with the needed skills, and other people without them.
